Denmark based organization, Climate Technology Centre and Network (CTCN), is popular for bringing new technologies to make the climate free from carbon emissions. CTCN is primarily providing environment safety measures to the countries across the world. Its services to the well-developed countries have reached a record high in 2019.

CTCN is witnessing a huge number of requests from many governments for technology support to curb climate change. CTCN has reported that it has observed an increment of 240% for requests made by the countries in the last 12 months.

It has issued the progress report on 2nd December at the UN Climate Change Conference in Madrid. The organization has shown many trends in technology demand from countries looking for climate change efforts.

Cook Island is a small and developing country in South Pacific. It is trying to find new equipment and techniques through CTCN to implement its Nationally Determined Contribution scheme. CTCN was established by the conference of parties. It is testing every technology so that the countries can use them to save the environment from harmful and pollutant material.

CTCN is famous around the world for identifying the technology needs of the countries. Therefore it has received 240 technology requests from 93 countries. CTCN is looking to grow its services to meet the growing demand of the countries.

Out of all the requests, 52% are regarding mitigation while 27% are adaption related. CTCN will provide them environment-friendly technologies for low carbon emission and climate development.
