This menu consists of multiple options of steaks with all sides included. The customers can also choose the doneness according to their taste, be it rare, medium-rare, medium, medium, or well done.

Filet Mignon is the most tender beef cut from the smaller end of the tenderloin that is known for its soft, tender texture, subtle flavor, and compact shape. Chef Schihab’s Angus tenderloin Fillet-Migon was a recent addition to the A la carte menu at the Vanille Restaurant in Al Khobar. Made in French butter, garlic, and rosemary thyme with demi-glace served with truffle mash potatoes and steam vegetables, Chef Schihab’s Filet Mignon is a dinner delicacy to die for.
