Popular and admired rapper, Wiz Khalifa, is treating his fans to food that looks absolutely scrumptious.
The muso is launching a brand-new venture – HotBox by Wiz. It is a delivery-only restaurant and will be available in multiple cities across the United States.
On October 1, the first of Wiz Khalifa’s new HotBox restaurants will start serving up its delicious food right to the doorsteps of Houston customers.
Although Wiz Khalifa is a well-known marijuana enthusiast, he says the food won’t be weed-infused.
It seems that all he really wants is for people to enjoy the good food.
Judging by how the meals look, it will be perfect for anyone with munchies after smoking a joint. The slogan for the new HotBox restaurants is, after all, ‘light up, bite down’.
According to the official website, customers can pick their meals from a ‘Top-shelf munchie menu’ which was curated by the rapper himself.
Deliveries of the ordered food will be made by the popular delivery services UberEats, Postmates and DoorDash.
What’s On The Menu?
Since the first location of the new restaurant chain has opened, the menu is no longer a secret (it was only partially revealed at first).
There are many meals that would make a family dinner a delight, from Blazed Ends to Classic Fried Mac Bites. Blazed Ends are crispy and savoury burnt ends that are smothered in smoky-sweet BBQ sauce, in case you were wondering.
The menu also offers different varieties of buffalo Wiz wings with sauces and sides according to a social media post on reddit (r/PopularHipHop) . For desserts, hungry customers can choose either a giant chocolate chip cookie or dark chocolate brownies with hot fudge sauce.
Folks who prefer healthier options can enjoy blackened salmon and salmon salads. Of course, since the restaurant is aimed at weed lovers, there are many unhealthier foods on offer as well.
This includes macaroni and lots of cheese, deep-fried macaroni and cheese and grilled chicken breast.
Wiz Khalifa’s new HotBox restaurants also have hamburgers to choose from with either chicken or turkey.
It’s clear the rapper thought of everyone when he worked on the menu.
HotBox By Wiz Will Be Available At Many Locations
Wiz Khalifa knows that he has fans all over the US that they would all love to taste the food he picked himself.
As such, his restaurants will be opening in more than one city.
There are plans to open these ‘ghost restaurants’ in New York, Pittsburgh, Washington, D.C, Chicago, Indianapolis, Los Angeles, San Diego and Denver.
On the official website, customers and fans are also invited to vote for the locations they want new HotBox restaurants to open.
The most popular cities will get their own restaurant.
