Today physical inactivity (aerobic exercise) seems to be a prevalent issue. It goes without saying how important physical exercising is for building a mindset of success. It need not be very extensive, even a simple jog or run around your neighbourhood would suffice. The idea is to keep your body moving, which boosts our energy levels and promotes better sleep. Your cells need a consistent flow of oxygen and there’s nothing better than deep focused breathing to help your cells perform better and create optimal health. This is why physical activity is so important and should be a lifestyle.

Setting Effective Goals
It is important to set essential goals that are SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time-bound). These goals must be aligned to your vision in life and really specific to what you are aiming to achieve. For instance, if someone wants to scale their business to 7-figures they need to be able to automate, delegate and perform at high-levels consistently but most importantly they need to know the exact mathematical strategy to get there and the daily specifics that are required OR if someone wants to get in better shape, a realistic and specific goal to set could be to run a certain number of kilometers in a particular week or losing a certain number of pounds in that week by following a sustainable and balance program .
