OnePlus 7 has been a topic of discussion over the last few days as previous reports suggested that the company is expected to unveil a 5G enabled and two other regular devices in the next month. However now, a new rumor hints that OnePlus might launch the OnePlus 7 handset on 14 May.
Pete Lau, the CEO of OnePlus in his recent tweet has teased that an all new OnePlus smartphone may arrive soon. It’s likely that the device announcement will be made on 17 April.
In his latest tweet, Lau wrote, “I know you guys are stoked to hear about the new device — check back to see my post this Wednesday”. As such, there’s a huge possibility that the company may be planning to launch the rumoured OnePlus 7 handset along with an OnePlus 7 Pro version and the much anticipated OnePlus 5G enabled device.
On the other hand, as we all wait for the company to finally reveal its OnePlus 7 launch plans, there are a few speculative technical specs of the upcoming smartphone making rounds. To start with, the leaks suggest that the flagship device will most likely sport Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC chipset couples with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB internal storage. It is believed that the device may feature a triple rear camera setup and a pop-up front camera mechanism.
